A few quick tips from our Apron Boss Lady, Ellen Bennett, on keeping healthy & staying productive/firing on all cylinders!!
- Take your vitamins!!! They keep you going. So important!!
- Drink TONS of water. I drink bucketfuls of water everyday and lately I've been adding in chlorophyll, chia seeds and ashwaganda. It's like a magical pick-me-up/survival potion.
- I sleep a solid 8 hours every night. Don't ask me how I do it. I just do. Make time for it... you just have to!
- Listen to at least 5 podcasts every week. My current fave is How I Built This with Guy Raz. The episode with Jeni was epic!!
- I start my day with a 7am call. Whether a conference call or a scheduled phone meeting. It's my alarm and the first thing I do each morning. It's like a running start for me and gets me set up to get sh%t done.
- I calendar out my entire day, hour by hour. It helps me stay on top of things.
