The leg warmers, the big shoulder pads, and the even bigger hair...but let's get real...what would the 80s have been like without the ACID WASH?! You know what we're talking about: the jeans, jackets, skirts, dresses, and overalls. We thought it was about time that the #apronsquad made it an option to rock in the kitchen. Totally rad, huh? Now the real question is who rocked this gnarly denim best...

Once acid wash hit the scene in 1985, it began popping up all over, including being worn by Baby in 1987's Dirty Dancing. It looks like nobody puts Baby...or acid wash shorts, for that matter...in a corner!

Everyone and we mean EVERYONE was adding the light washed denim to their wardrobe, even N.W.A, Cher, Cyndi Lauper, and Dolly Parton. They all rocked the trend in their own way, which we think is pretty tight.

By the 90s, acid wash quickly found its place in popular shows and was worn by teenage heartthrobs in Doogie Howser, M.D. and Saved by the Bell. (We can just hear the teenage girls screaming).

Even today you can find the stone washed look on everyone from Zayn Malik to Christina Milian and Demi Lovato.

So...WHY NOT make it into a badass, totally tubular apron? We just can't think of a reason.
