Why Did I Wait So Long?
My goodness, why did I wait so long? So refreshing to see a company using cotton. Super comfortable and cool around the stove.
Great knife, great feel to it.
Love the light weight. Love the rounded spine. Usually my knives give me callouses or blisters after hours and hours of using it so loving the thoughtfulness on the spine design. Tip is nice and thin. Really sharp, clearly holds its edge. The handle is my favorite, fits to my hand and makes me feel like I’m in control.
Crazy for the price.
The quality of this knife is crazy for the price. One solid piece of steel. I’ve had it a few weeks now and still as sharp as the day it arrived. H&B did it again!
