Our beech wood cutting board features a curved lip to keep juices in when you’re cutting or carving, making it easy to swipe off food and keep it clean (unlike those impractical deep well edges). Each cutting board comes with a silicone mat designed to prevent the board from slipping during use. Many pros use wet towels or paper towels, so we thought we’d save you the extra step.

Materials: Beech wood LFGB-certified silicone mat
Care Instructions: Wash with soap and water and dry immediately. Do not put in dishwasher.
